A Historic Achievement: Our School’s IGCSE Exam Performance.

We are absolutely thrilled to share a monumental achievement for our school community. For the first time, our dedicated Year 11 students sat for the IGCSE examinations in the June 2025 session. Today, we celebrate their extraordinary exam performance, a defining moment in Holy Cross Catholic International School’s history. These results have truly set a new benchmark for academic excellence, and we couldn’t be prouder of our young pioneers.

Our students truly outdid themselves. They delivered a powerful performance, and a detailed breakdown of the grades showcases their remarkable success:

• A*: 13 grades were awarded the highest possible grade.
• A: Our students achieved an impressive 27 A grades.
• B: A solid 30 B grades were earned.

A Legacy of Excellence.

These outcomes highlight the strength of our academic program. In total, a remarkable 39% of all grades fell within the A*-A band, demonstrating the outstanding calibre of our students. Furthermore, a highly impressive 74% of grades were in the A*-C range, which confirms a high level of proficiency and success across the entire cohort.

Our students embraced the challenge of being our first-ever examination group, and they now hold the distinction of establishing a legacy of success for those who will follow. Their hard work and determination paved the way for this historic milestone. They applied their knowledge with diligence and navigated the pressures of external exams with grace. This cohort has proven that with dedication, students can achieve beyond expectations.

Of course, this achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering commitment of our educators. Our teachers provided expert guidance and created a supportive learning environment, which was crucial for these results. They invested countless hours of dedication, mentorship, and passion into every student.
